What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 4 years' experience in human capital or HR management roles SPv will be oke

✅ Strong knowledge of HR best practices within outsourcing or service industries

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ knowledge about recruitment strategies

✅ good problem solving

✅ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

✅ Experience with HRIS systems is a plus

✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
