Requirements

Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized university.
Valid Registration with the State Physiotherapy Council (if applicable).
0-1 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
Experience in Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) or outreach/mobile rehabilitation is preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge in Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Geriatric Rehabilitation.
Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and outcome measurement.
Experience in using electro therapy modalities and rehabilitation equipment.
Ability to prescribe home exercise programs and assistive devices.
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in community and field settings.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru for mobile rehabilitation services.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, EMR/Data Entry, Digital Documentation).
Experience in documentation, reporting, and maintaining patient records.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
Two-wheeler driving license or willingness to travel for field visits is preferred.
