We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resources functions
for our real estate organisation. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership, drive people
initiatives, and build a high-performance, compliance-first workplace culture. This is a generalist role
requiring hands-on expertise across the full HR spectrum.
Reporting to: CFO
Team size managed: 3–6 HR & Admin professionals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own and drive the end-to-end HR strategy including talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement,
performance management, and exit processes.
• Partner with department heads and C-level executives on workforce planning, succession planning,
and organisational design.
• Lead the full Performance Management System (PMS) cycle — goal setting, continuous feedback,
appraisals, and PIP management.
• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing; define team responsibilities and liaise with Finance to
ensure zero discrepancies.
• Ensure full statutory and labour law compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Laws); conduct
regular audits and maintain trackers.
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a structured and empathetic manner; manage disciplinary
proceedings as required.
• Design and implement an employee engagement calendar to drive culture, morale, and retention.
• Lead HRMS implementation and continuous improvement — vendor coordination, UAT, workflow
definition, and adoption.
• Generate and present HR MIS reports — headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics, compensation
benchmarking, and engagement analytics.
• Review, develop, and implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with business needs and regulatory
requirements.
• Manage onboarding, induction programs, training needs identification, and L&D initiatives.
• MBA in HR / Business Administration from a recognised university (mandatory).
• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Prior experience of atleast 2-3 in Real Estate, Property, Infrastructure, or allied industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus), and
POSH Act.
• Proven expertise in payroll management and working knowledge of HRMS platforms.
• Experience handling the full recruitment lifecycle independently and through team delegation.
• Track record of driving employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.
• Ability to manage and mentor a small HR team with clear delegation and accountability.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfortable with HR analytics and reporting.
