Roles & Responsibilities

Handle passenger/customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares and availability.
Make and manage flight reservations and bookings.
Assist customers with ticket booking, cancellation, rescheduling and basic travel-related queries.
Provide accurate information about flight timings, routes, fares and baggage policies.
Process airline tickets and maintain booking records.
Coordinate with customers regarding booking confirmations and travel details.
Assist passengers with check-in and boarding-related information when required.
