Oracle EBS Senior Functional Consultant

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Oracle EBS application issues reported by end users.
  

• Coordinate with department heads to identify business requirements and assign, train, and support super users within their respective departments.
  

• Provide super users with the necessary system training, user guides, and process documentation.
  

• Supervise and coordinate application training for new joiners and end users, delivered by advanced users and super users.
  

• Develop and maintain reports based on business requirements and regular process mapping with different departments.
  

• Implement new Oracle EBS functionalities, features, and modules according to business needs.
  

• Coordinate and support third-party system integrations with Oracle EBS.
  

• Monitor system performance and ensure the effective utilization of Oracle EBS applications.
  

• Follow up on subordinates' tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
  

• Collaborate with technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to enhance system efficiency and streamline business processes.
  

• Maintain proper documentation of system issues, solutions, configurations, integrations, and implemented changes.
  

Requirements

• Creativity, drive and ability to deliver in an environment of system driven process.

• Bachelor Degree

• Project Management Certification.

• Management Process consultation and Technical skills / certificates if needed

• Super User for Oracle Applications

• Min of 5 years experience in similar position.
