Job Title: Founding Marketer (m/f/d)

What you'll do

You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, transforming complex technical capabilities into high-impact pipeline and market authority.

• Translate deep technical and internal insights into high-quality marketing assets, clear narratives, and engaging webinars.
• Manage and scale strategic partner marketing initiatives, leveraging our strong DACH cooperation footprint with major partners like SAP.
• Support the outbound sales team with tailored assets and targeted campaigns that measurably improve enterprise conversation quality.
• Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key enterprise IT decision-makers.
• Spearhead field marketing efforts, including industry events and proprietary webinars, to build community and trust.

Who this is a fit for

• Several years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up environment.
• Proven ability to operate without established playbooks and execute marketing strategies end-to-end.
• Strong background in content-driven and field-oriented B2B marketing, including events and webinars.
• Fluent in both German and English with excellent communication skills for enterprise audiences.
• Deeply comfortable working alongside outbound sales, product, and customer-facing teams.
