Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FI-CA) for a 6-month contract opportunity with Accenture in Pune.

The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable SAP solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving complex business requirements, and supporting enterprise application improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Utilities FI-CA.
  

• Lead technical discussions and contribute to key project and team decisions.
  

• Design and develop custom software solutions to meet business requirements.
  

• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure effective application delivery.
  

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  

• Support integration between SAP modules and other enterprise applications.
  

• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
  

• Identify and implement process improvements.
  

• Mentor junior team members and guide technical implementation.
  

• Participate in Agile development, testing, and deployment activities.
  

Requirements

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FI-CA).
  

• Strong understanding of SAP Utilities / IS-U environments.
  

• Experience designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments.
  

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  

• Experience with software integrations and related tools.
  

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  

• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing software performance.
  

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Ability to lead technical activities and work independently as an SME.
  

Education

• Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
  

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to work onsite in Pune.
  

• Must be comfortable with a 6-month contract.
  

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 15 days will be considered.
