Key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and oversee staff training programmes to maintain exceptional hospitality standards.
  

• Identify training needs and assess employee performance to support ongoing professional development.
  

• Deliver practical and theoretical training across various lodge departments.
  

• Ensure all team members understand and consistently apply operational procedures and service standards.
  

• Coach and mentor staff to improve guest engagement, communication and overall service delivery.
  

• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.
  

• Support management in building a skilled, motivated and service-driven team.
  

• Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability and professional growth.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior training role within the luxury hospitality or lodge industry.
  

• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and lodge operations.
  

• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programmes.
  

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  

• A hands-on approach with a passion for mentoring and developing hospitality professionals.
  

• The ability to lead by example and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
