Sales and Marketing:

Promote the company’s financial products and services to new and existing clients.
Conduct field visits and participate in marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Administrative Support:

Handle customer inquiries and assist with loan application processes.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of client records and branch correspondence.
Prepare reports, data entries, and updates on customer and loan databases.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical duties.
Debt management and collections.
Processing PMEC, DDACC and submitting mandates to the bank.
Manage and submit monthly CRB (Credit Reference Bureau) reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

Operational Support:

Support direct sales agents in loan processing and disbursement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operations.
Coordinate communication between departments and the branch office.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration/Sales and Marketing

Proven experience in a sales/admin or leadership role, preferably in micro-lending or financial services.
Strong understanding of civil servant, private sector and security based advances
Ability to identify client needs, promote financial products, and support DSAs in client acquisition.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Must hold a valid driver’s license
