JOB TITLE: STORE MANAGER

LOCATION: NAIROBI

Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, material availability, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily receipt, storage, issuance, and return of materials.
Oversee inventory using ERP/inventory management systems and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with Procurement and Project teams to ensure timely material availability.
Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and store procedures.
Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, organization, and compliance.
Lead, train, and supervise store assistants and warehouse staff.
Prepare stock reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.

Requirements

Requirements:

5–10 years’ experience in store/warehouse management.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience in the meat industry and cold chain operations will be an added advantage.
