Sales Officer – Cement

Palpa Cement Industries Ltd. is seeking experienced and result-oriented Sales Officers to drive cement sales, develop strong customer relationships, and expand market presence across assigned locations. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of the cement market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demands.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure effective product distribution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on market performance.
• Follow up on payments, outstanding dues, and customer inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to improve market coverage and revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cement sales or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, dealer networks, and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
• Strong planning, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
