Leadership Development & Client Engagement Consultant – Remote

Are you an experienced professional with a background in leadership, business development, client engagement or relationship management who is looking for greater flexibility and autonomy?

We operate within the leadership education sector, working with individuals who are looking to create meaningful professional and lifestyle change.

This is a remote, independent opportunity suited to experienced professionals who are confident communicating with people, building strong relationships and guiding meaningful business conversations.

You’ll work with established systems and structured processes to connect with prospective clients, understand their goals, conduct professional conversations and guide them through an established information process.

The focus is on leadership, client engagement, relationship building and business development rather than high-pressure selling.

Many people begin alongside their current career or business commitments, working approximately 15–20 hours per week, and expand as results develop.

It is best suited to someone comfortable taking responsibility for their own activity and results.

Requirements

Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in leadership, business development, client engagement, consulting or relationship management
Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone or Zoom
Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
Willing to follow a structured client engagement and business process
Comfortable with a performance-based income structure
Able to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week
Confident using online communication and digital business tools
Interested in ongoing leadership and professional growth
Applicants must be based in the USA
