About the Role

As a Virtual Insurance Sales Agent, you are the architect of the client relationship. You'll manage every stage of the sales process independently, from initial outreach and needs assessment to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Conduct proactive outreach via phone and video calls to identify and engage potential clients.
• Relationship Building: Master the art of building rapport and trust with clients through virtual interactions, understanding their unique needs and concerns.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough consultations to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to individual client needs.
• Closing Deals: Skillfully guide clients through the closing process, securing policy agreements.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress.
• Communication Excellence: Communicate effectively across phone, video conferencing, and written channels, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our insurance products and services.

Compensation & Benefits

This commission-only role offers significant earning potential, with expected annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $350,000 USD based on performance. We believe in rewarding your success and providing the tools to achieve it.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• A mobile device with cellular data capabilities.
• A valid Life and Health Insurance license.
