Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-qualified leads via phone and video calls, focusing on building trust and understanding individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the most suitable insurance products.
• Clearly and effectively present insurance solutions, explaining coverage details, benefits, and pricing.
• Address client questions and overcome objections with confidence and expertise.
• Guide clients through the application and closing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Manage your sales pipeline end-to-end, from initial contact to policy finalization.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive collective success.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Compensation and Benefits
