What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative for Audi, you will support customers with their automotive-related questions, helping them find solutions and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels and updating CRM systems accurately.

• Providing professional and timely support, ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently.

• Building strong customer relationships through empathetic communication and effective problem-solving.

• Supporting customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by delivering high-quality service.

• Using your automotive knowledge to understand customer concerns and guide them towards appropriate solutions.

• Applying relevant policies, procedures, and warranty guidelines when handling customer cases.

• Making informed decisions within your area of responsibility and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Collaborating with colleagues and management to resolve complex cases and improve service quality.

• Identifying recurring issues and sharing feedback to support continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have a high level of Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Have a good level of English (B2).

• Have at least one year of experience in a technical role or automotive customer service.

• Have a genuine interest in the automotive industry and digital technologies.

• Can understand and apply policies, procedures, and warranty guidelines.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Are comfortable making independent decisions and documenting cases accurately.

• Have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
