Customer Support Team Leader

• Lead and supervise the customer support team and monitor performance KPIs.
  
• Coordinate and support TOFAS online assessment rounds at schools.
  
• Oversee social media moderation and handle public inquiries.
  
• Manage email and WhatsApp channel communications and ensure timely responses.
  
• Develop the communication channels flow and ensure smooth process
  

Requirements

• 4–5 years experience in customer success leadership role.
  
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
  
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
