About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Medical Operations team as a Reimbursement Specialist. The role involves managing medical reimbursement processes by reviewing client documents, ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions, registering claims with the insurance company, following up on their progress, and addressing client inquiries through chat or direct communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and validate client documents submitted for reimbursement.
  
• Ensure compliance with insurance policy terms and conditions.
  
• Register claims with the insurance company accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Follow up on claims to ensure smooth processing and resolution.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate records of claims and communications for reporting purposes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field.
  
• Previous experience in insurance, preferably in medical claims or reimbursement.
  
• Strong knowledge of medical guidelines, approval processes, and reimbursement procedures.
  
• Strong medical background and understanding of medical terminology.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with medical/insurance systems is an advantage.
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend process improvements.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
