Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and support the sales process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. - Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information. - Explain company products, services, offers, and job opportunities as applicable. - Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations. - Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. - Maintain customer details and call records in CRM/software. - Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. - Identify customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the concerned team. - Resolve basic customer queries professionally. - Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. - Confident and polite telephone manner. - Basic computer and MS Office knowledge. - Ability to handle customers professionally. - Freshers can apply. - Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
