About the Role

Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Government Sales Executive to drive business growth through government institutions, public sector organizations, and tender-based procurement. The ideal candidate should have experience in government sales, tender management, and relationship building with healthcare authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop business opportunities in government hospitals, medical colleges, AIIMS, CGHS, ESI, Railways, Defence, and other government healthcare institutions.
Monitor and participate in government tenders through portals such as GeM and other e-procurement platforms.
Prepare, submit, and track tender documents while ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement departments, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments for tender documentation, pricing, technical specifications, and order execution.
Follow up on tender status, purchase orders, payments, and contract renewals.
Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and market intelligence in the CRM.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and government procurement trends.

Requirements

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender processes.
Experience working with GeM and other government e-procurement portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
