Job Description: Recruitment Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking an immediately available Recruitment Coordinator to join our dedicated team supporting one of our primary clients. This is a temporary contract position. The ideal candidate will provide essential coordination support to our senior executive search team dedicated to the client.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day recruitment activities and administrative tasks for senior executive hires.
Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and manage communication between the internal recruitment team and client stakeholders.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases/systems.
Assist with onboarding preparations and logistical support for new executive hires.
Support the recruitment team to ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment operations.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Availability: Immediately available to start
Experience: Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or executive search support.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
