Piping Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Piping Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise piping fabrication, installation, erection, testing, and related site activities in Oil & Gas projects.
  
• Coordinate piping activities according to approved drawings, specifications, project procedures, and work schedules.
  
• Interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, layouts, and relevant technical documentation.
  
• Monitor piping crews and allocate manpower and resources to achieve daily production targets.
  
• Ensure piping installation complies with applicable quality, safety, and project requirements.
  
• Coordinate inspections, hydrotesting, punch-list clearance, and system completion activities.
  
• Work closely with engineering, QA/QC, safety, construction, and other site teams to resolve technical and execution issues.
  
• Maintain safe working practices and ensure compliance with site HSE requirements.
  

Required Skills

Piping Supervision: Ability to supervise field piping fabrication and installation activities effectively.
Drawing Interpretation: Ability to understand piping isometrics, layouts, and P&IDs.
Piping Construction: Knowledge of piping erection, fit-up, testing, and completion activities.
HSE Compliance: Ability to enforce Oil & Gas site safety procedures during piping activities.
Quality Control: Understanding of inspection requirements and piping workmanship standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Oil & Gas construction projects.
  
• Familiarity with hydrotesting, punch-listing, and mechanical completion processes.
  
• Ability to coordinate piping crews and multidisciplinary site teams.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Typical requirement: Piping Supervisor positions in Oil & Gas projects generally require prior hands-on piping construction experience followed by supervisory experience.
