Warehouse Executive – Raw Materials

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Warehouse Executive – Raw Materials in Saudi Arabia. The requirement is for the Feed Industry, seeking skilled and motivated professionals with hands-on experience in raw material warehouse operations. Candidates must have relevant Feed Mills / Feed Industry experience. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day receiving, storage, handling, and issuance of raw materials within warehouse operations.
  
• Verify incoming raw materials against relevant receiving and inventory documentation.
  
• Maintain accurate stock records and support regular physical inventory verification.
  
• Organize raw materials systematically to enable safe storage, identification, traceability, and efficient movement.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability for feed production requirements.
  
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and applicable inventory-control procedures according to material requirements.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and other relevant teams regarding raw-material movements and stock status.
  
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, material-handling discipline, documentation, and operational standards.
  

Required Skills

1. Raw Material Warehouse Operations — Strong practical knowledge of receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling raw materials.
   
2. Feed Industry Experience — Hands-on Feed Mills / Feed Industry experience is compulsory.
   
3. Inventory Management — Ability to maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory movements.
   
4. Warehouse Documentation — Ability to handle material receipts, issue records, stock documentation, and inventory records.
   
5. Communication Skills — Good communication for effective coordination with warehouse and operational teams.
   

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
  
• Experience coordinating with production, procurement, and quality teams.
  
• Knowledge of stock reconciliation and physical inventory processes.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant experience. Previous experience in Feed Mills / Feed Industry is compulsory, with practical exposure to raw-material warehouse operations.

Education

• Minimum: Typical: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• Preferred: Typical: Qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
