Job Summary

We are hiring Retail Salesmen for leading hypermarkets and retail stores in UAE and Kuwait. The candidate will be responsible for customer service, sales, product display, merchandising, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Handle customer enquiries and explain product features, prices, and promotions.
  
• Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.
  
• Ensure products are properly stocked, labelled, and arranged.
  
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.
  
• Support promotional activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
  
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
  
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and store policies.
  
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for smooth store operations.
  

Salary: 1100-1500 SAR/28000-38000 INR Per Month + Food + Accommodation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in retail, hypermarket, supermarket, or FMCG sales.
  
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of merchandising and stock management.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
  
• Candidates from Siliguri and Meghalaya are highly preferred. Candidates from other parts of Northeast India are also welcome to apply.
