Trade Marketing Supervisor

The Trade Marketing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the execution of trade marketing activities across all branches. The role ensures proper campaign execution, strong brand and Private Label visibility, and effective coordination with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• ·      Lead and supervise trade marketing campaigns and activations across all branches.
• ·      Plan and coordinate campaign setup, execution, and dismantling.
• ·      Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and branch teams to ensure smooth execution.
• ·      Conduct regular branch visits to monitor campaign execution and identify gaps.
• ·      Supervise Private Label launches and ensures strong in-store visibility and brand execution.
• ·      Ensure compliance with planograms, shelf positioning, POSM, and branding standards.
• ·      Conduct competitor visits and share market and competitor insights with Marketing and Sales teams.
• ·      Manage marketing materials and activation assets, including ordering, distribution, tracking, and retrieval.
• ·      Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare daily and weekly execution reports.
• ·      Follow up on execution issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• ·      Guide and support Trade Marketing Specialists and field teams.
• ·      Ensure all activities follow company policies, safety requirements, and brand standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• ·      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ·      5–7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, or a similar role.
• ·      Experience in Retail or FMCG is preferred.
• ·      Good knowledge of in-store marketing, POSM, merchandising, and planograms.
• ·      Experience of managing agencies and suppliers.
• ·      Ability to conduct regular field visits and travel between branches when required.
• ·      Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
