Technical Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Mechanical Project Manager to manage and coordinate all mechanical systems across retail and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, refrigeration, and infrastructure systems. 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all mechanical technical aspects during the project lifecycle. 
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and fire fighting systems. 
• Review and approve technical submissions and drawings. 
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. 
• Monitor project quality, technical compliance, and progress. 
• Support value engineering and cost optimization. 
• Resolve technical issues during design and execution phases. 
• Ensure project delivery within approved timelines and standards. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 
• 6–10 years of experience in MEP construction and fit-out projects. 
• Strong technical experience in: 
• HVAC Systems 
• Air Conditioning & Ventilation 
• Refrigeration Systems 
• Fire Fighting Systems 
• Plumbing Systems 
• Water Supply & Drainage Systems 
• Pumps & Mechanical Equipment 
• Previous consultancy background is highly preferred. 
• PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred. 
• Strong experience in technical coordination and project management. 
• Ability to review shop drawings, technical submittals, and BOQs. 
• Experience in retail and commercial projects is preferred. 
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
