Private Family Chef_ SLH

A private family in Downtown Dubai is seeking an experienced and reliable Private Family Chef to prepare fresh, healthy and nutritious meals for a family of four. The ideal candidate will be confident preparing both Asian and Western cuisine, with experience creating varied, balanced and child-friendly meals.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh lunch and dinner for the family, 6 days per week.
  
• Prepare children's school lunches in advance, ensuring meals are appropriately packed, stored and ready for the children to take to school at approximately 6:30 AM.
  
• Prepare a good variety of Asian and Western cuisine.
  
• Plan weekly menus that are healthy, balanced, nutritious and suitable for young children.
  
• Adapt meals according to the family's preferences, dietary requirements and individual tastes.
  
• Prepare fresh, nutritious and appealing meals suitable for both adults and children.
  
• Manage grocery lists, ingredients and basic kitchen inventory.
  
• Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored and used appropriately.
  
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  
• Organise daily meal preparation efficiently and independently.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Private Chef or Family Chef is preferred.
  
• Strong experience preparing both Asian and Western cuisine.
  
• Previous experience preparing meals for young children.
  
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, safe food handling and food storage.
  
• Strong menu-planning and organisational skills.
  
• Able to work independently and manage daily meal preparation efficiently.
  
• Reliable, discreet, professional and respectful of family privacy
