 HIRING | INTERNATIONAL CHAT PROCESS – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: WFO (Work From Office)
Employment Type: 4 Months Contractual Role
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
CTC: ₹3.5 LPA
In-Hand: Approx. ₹23K/month
Transport: Both-Side Cab Facility

 Role: Customer Service Executive – International Chat Process

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Chat Process. Candidates should have relevant international chat/customer service experience with excellent written communication skills.

 Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service – International Chat Process
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Comfortable working from office

 Test Criteria

  • Versant: 54+
  • Typing: 25/85
