Fit-Out Estimation Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Fit-Out Estimation Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client operates in the construction and interior fit-out sector and is seeking an experienced professional with strong estimation and tendering expertise. Candidates with substantial fit-out experience and a minimum of 3 years of KSA experience are encouraged to apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out and construction packages.
  
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and scope requirements.
  
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop accurate material and labour cost calculations.
  
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
  
• Prepare competitive tender submissions and support pricing strategies.
  
• Coordinate with design, procurement, project and commercial teams during tender preparation.
  
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions and potential commercial risks.
  
• Maintain estimation records, pricing databases and tender documentation.
  

Required Skills

1. Fit-Out Estimation — strong experience estimating interior fit-out works.
   
2. Tendering — ability to prepare and evaluate competitive tender submissions.
   
3. BOQ Analysis — capable of reviewing quantities, specifications and scope.
   
4. Quantity Take-Off — accurate measurement of materials and work packages.
   
5. Cost Estimation — experience developing detailed project cost estimates.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling major commercial/interior fit-out tenders in KSA.
  
• Strong subcontractor and supplier quotation analysis.
  
• Exposure to commercial evaluation and value-engineering exercises.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 8–12+ years of relevant fit-out estimation and tendering experience, including at least 3 years of experience in KSA. Experience should include preparation and analysis of BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing and tender submissions within a fit-out/construction environment.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction-related discipline (typical)
  
• Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management / Quantity Surveying (typical)
  
• Additional: Relevant estimation, quantity surveying or construction certification (preferred)
