Project Control Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Control Engineer in Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking an experienced civil engineering professional to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and control activities for infrastructure/civil site projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules for infrastructure and civil construction activities.
  
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
  
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
  
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, and project control documentation.
  
• Track planned versus actual progress and identify schedule deviations.
  
• Support recovery planning and corrective actions for delayed activities.
  
• Monitor project resources, productivity, and key performance indicators.
  
• Maintain project control records and provide timely updates to project management.
  

Required Skills:

1. Project Planning — ability to develop and monitor construction schedules.
   
2. Project Scheduling — experience tracking activities, milestones, and dependencies.
   
3. Primavera P6 — knowledge of construction planning and scheduling tools.
   
4. Civil/Infrastructure Projects — relevant site/project control experience.
   
5. Progress Monitoring — ability to measure planned versus actual progress.
   

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.
  
• Experience with major infrastructure projects.
  
• Knowledge of project cost and resource control.
  

Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience is required, with relevant experience in project controls for infrastructure or civil construction projects. Candidates should have practical exposure to project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.

Education:

• Minimum: Bachelor of Civil Engineering
