Radiology Director

A facility near Gallup, New Mexico, is seeking a full-time, permanent Radiology Director to join their team! This position comes with an $5,000 sign-on bonus. See below for more details.

Salary: $133,000-$175,000

Radiology Director Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
  
• Direct and oversee daily operations for CT, Radiology (X-Ray), and Mammography departments, ensuring high-quality imaging services, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care across all modalities
  
• Serve as a working director by performing diagnostic imaging procedures, assisting with patient care, and providing clinical support while maintaining departmental productivity and workflow efficiency
  
• Lead department staff through scheduling, performance management, quality improvement initiatives, and equipment oversight, while collaborating with physicians and hospital leadership to enhance imaging services and patient outcomes
  

Radiology Director Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Diagnostic Imaging program with current ARRT certification in good standing.
  
• Minimum of five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience with demonstrated competency in CT, X-Ray, and Mammography, including at least three (3) years of progressive leadership or management experience.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality improvement, budgeting, accreditation standards, and multi-modality imaging operations.
