Social Worker Opportunity:

Salary: $82,000-$118,000, DOE
$50,000 Sign On Bonus Available!

• Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday schedule
  
• Provide direct support and case management services to assigned clients
  
• The Social Worker will monitor and improve the patient experience by focusing on quality, timeliness, and continuity of care
  

Social Worker Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LICSW candidates are highly favored)
  
• Background in hospital setting is preferred, but not required
