Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions to drive direct B2B sales across the UAE. The role focuses on generating business with factories, manufacturing plants, warehouses, cold storage facilities, and commercial end-users for heating, cooling, and solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve industrial sales targets across the UAE.
  

• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with factories and industrial clients.
  

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial accounts.
  

• Recommend suitable heating, cooling, and solar solutions based on client requirements.
  

• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for accurate system selection and project execution.
  

• Ensure timely issuance of manuals, warranty letters, and project documentation.
  

• Share project specifications with the Service Team prior to Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
  

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 4–6 years of UAE/GCC experience in industrial or HVAC sales.

Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and solar water heating systems.

Proven experience in direct B2B sales to industrial and commercial end-users.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
