SAP PM Consultant

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PM Consultant to lead and execute strategic maintenance planning and project systems initiatives within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role demands a professional with a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, specifically focusing on the integration of Plant Maintenance (PM) with Project Systems (PS) and other core modules. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving end-to-end implementation cycles, ensuring that asset management strategies align with organizational goals while optimizing cost planning, budgeting, and project scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead and manage at least two full-scale SAP PM implementation lifecycles from conception to deployment.
  
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA and SAP PM modules to meet specific business requirements.
  
• Facilitate seamless integration between SAP PS and cross-functional modules including Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
  
• Design and implement robust milestone billing structures and result analysis frameworks to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  
• Oversee comprehensive cost planning, budgeting activities, and the management of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and network activities.
  
• Develop and execute advanced project planning and scheduling strategies to optimize resource allocation and timeline adherence.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on professional experience in SAP consulting.
  
• Demonstrate a proven track record of completing at least two full SAP PM implementation projects.
  
• Exhibit expert-level proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions.
  
• Show strong capability in integrating Project Systems (PS) with MM, FI-CO, and SD modules.
  
• Have practical experience in configuring milestone billing, result analysis, and cost planning mechanisms.
  
• Be well-versed in managing WBS elements, network structures, and overall project planning and scheduling methodologies.
