Spinneys Egypt's E-Commerce team is scaling its commercial and marketing engine as part of a broader organizational restructuring. We're looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing across our digital channels — working hands-on with CRM, promotions, retail media, and campaign execution to grow online revenue and customer value.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute lifecycle and retention campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS/WhatsApp) using our CRM/marketing automation platform (MoEngage), including win-back, cart-recovery, and post-purchase flows
Own campaign performance end-to-end: targeting, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting against conversion and ROI targets
Support execution of promotional and pricing campaigns in coordination with commercial planning
Manage retail media and vendor co-marketing campaigns, ensuring supplier-funded activity is delivered and reported accurately
Collaborate with content to ensure campaign messaging, creative, and timing are aligned to customer segments
Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs (acquisition cost, retention rate, campaign conversion, channel ROI) and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Maintain list hygiene, deliverability standards, and platform best practices across email and push channels
Partner with the Ecommerce Specialist and Data Scientist to refine customer segmentation and targeting logic

REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of experience in digital/CRM/lifecycle marketing, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG
Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or CDP platform MoEngage or similar.
Strong grip on campaign performance metrics — comfortable reading conversion, uplift, and A/B test results without hand-holding
Experience with segmentation and behavioral/triggered campaign design (not just batch broadcast)
Analytical mindset — Excel/data-fluent; Looker/Power BI or similar a plus
Excellent written English and Arabic for customer-facing content and internal reporting
Comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, content, tech, and external vendors
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
