Client Growth & Leadership Development Consultant

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for experienced professionals who are ready to apply their skills in communication, leadership and client development in a more independent and flexible way.

This is an independent remote opportunity within the leadership education space, suited to people who enjoy working with others, building strong professional relationships and taking responsibility for their own results.

You’ll be working with established systems, training and support while developing your own client base and business activity.

Many people begin alongside their current commitments and build from there.

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable speaking with and supporting prospective clients
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Interested in leadership, personal growth and professional development
Willing to follow a proven process while taking ownership of your results
Approximately 15–20 hours per week available
Must have current work authorisation in the United States
