Build Your Sales Skills in a Customer-Facing Role

Are you outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people? Orca Blue Water Filtration is looking for motivated D2D Appointment Setters to join our growing team.

This is an active, field-based position where you'll connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce them to Orca Blue's water filtration services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

No previous sales experience is required. You'll receive training and support to help you learn the role and develop valuable communication and sales skills.

What You'll Do

• Visit residential neighborhoods door-to-door and speak with homeowners.

• Introduce Orca Blue Water Filtration and its services.

• Start friendly, professional conversations with potential customers.

• Ask questions and identify homeowners who may be interested in learning more.

• Explain the opportunity for a complimentary in-home water quality consultation.

• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Track your appointments and daily activity.

• Work toward individual and team performance goals.

• Represent Orca Blue professionally in the community.

This is a face-to-face field position, so you'll spend your workday outdoors and walking residential neighborhoods.

• Valid driver's license.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with performance-based earning potential.

• Approximately $1,000–$9,000 per month, depending on individual results.

• Weekly pay.

• Performance-based bonuses may be available.
