This remote, performance-based role combines digital marketing, relationship building and structured conversations with people interested in personal and professional growth. What You’ll Do

• Use established digital marketing processes to generate enquiries.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their interests and goals.
• Conduct initial conversations and guide suitable people through an established information process.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with enquiries.
• Participate in ongoing training covering marketing, communication and leadership.
• Manage your own schedule and daily activities.

Requirements

• At least eight years of professional experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment.
• An interest in personal development and leadership education.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing systems and follow a structured process.
• Capacity to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• A reliable computer and internet connection.

Experience in sales, marketing, business development, client relations or team leadership is helpful.

This role is intended for experienced professionals and is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.
