Senior Officer - Trade Marketing

Job Purpose

To execute trade marketing, brand visibility, consumer activation, and Digital x BTL initiatives that strengthen brand presence, improve execution excellence, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Job Description

• Execute trade marketing, permanent branding, visibility and merchandising initiatives.

• Plan and coordinate consumer, trade, spot and BTL activations.

• Coordinate with agencies, promoters, vendors, printers and fabricators.

• Support GTM/RTM and new product launch execution.

• Drive premium visibility and activation across key on-trade outlets.

• Manage POSM inventory, deployment and branding assets.

• Support digital BTL, consumer engagement and technology-enabled initiatives.

• Conduct outlet audits, competitor tracking and market intelligence activities.

• Monitor campaign execution, effectiveness and ROI.

• Maintain execution trackers, dashboards, reports and documentation.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

• 3 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation or BTL.

• Experience in outlet branding, POSM, activations and market execution.

• Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors and sales teams.

• Good understanding of trade marketing and on-trade execution.

• Strong communication, coordination and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
