BRITISH LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANTS – UAE
We are currently looking to connect with British Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who are currently based in the UAE and open to new opportunities within private families.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting children with:
- Additional learning needs
- SEN / SEND
- Autism
- ADHD
- Dyslexia and other learning differences
- Behavioural or emotional support needs
Previous experience working in schools, private households, or as a 1:1 LSA is highly desirable.

Requirements
- British nationality
- Currently based in the UAE
- Previous experience as an LSA, SEN Teaching Assistant, 1:1 Support Assistant, or similar
- Experience providing 1:1 support is highly desirable
- Patient, nurturing, and emotionally intelligent
- Confident supporting children's learning, behavior, and daily routines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and build a strong relationship with the child and family
- Professional, discreet, reliable, and adaptable
- Relevant qualifications in Education, SEN, Psychology, or a related field are preferred
- References available upon request
