• Active insurance license required (Life & Health preferred)
• Experienced producers comfortable in a high-volume phone sales role
• Strong closers who can identify needs and guide clients to a decision

• Organized, with strong follow-up discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior insurance sales or full-cycle/consultative sales experience
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong closing skills

Compensation & Incentives

• Uncapped commission structure starting at 70%
• Realistically making six figures within 6 months
• Single deals frequently pay $1,500–$1,800 in commission
