Family Nurse Practicioner

A facility near Lebanon, NH is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team! 
Pay Range: $55-$100/hr
Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
  
• Schedule: M-F; five 8-hour shifts
  
• The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan.
  

• Perform routine physical exams and preventive health screenings, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide patient education and health counseling.
  

Family Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner must have 3 or more years working in a primary care setting
  
• Family Nurse Practitioner must be licensed or willing to obtain a license in the state of New Hampshire
  
• Family Nurse Practitioner will be required to have BLS upon hire
