Account Executive

We’re seeking enthusiastic, driven, customer-centric Account Executive II to join our world-class sales team. This role will be a key part to help us continue to grow our company and customer base by focusing on outbound prospecting and business development. What You'll Do:

• Contact existing opportunities to reignite interest in Luxer One
  

• Share new insights and answer questions for aged opportunities
  

• Set qualified appointments with current pipeline of prospects using a mix of phone calls, email and social media
  

• Research / contact / qualify & schedule prospects for existing and new markets
  

• Support our sales team with Trade-Show prep and follow up
  

• Manage and update CRM with speed and precision. You should be the best in the organization at this!
  

• Achieve / exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
  

• Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to make a massive positive impact on our sales numbers

Requirements

At a Minimum, You Have:

• 4 Year degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  

• 2+ years sales development or related inside sales experience
  

• A proven track record of success in a fast-moving environment with complex learning requirements
  

• Preferred experience in real estate, multifamily, technology, or relevant outside [outbound] sales
  

• Confidence on the phone
  

• Professional, articulate, and comfortable writing emails and speaking to executives and business owners alike
  

• A goal-oriented, focused, and persistent attitude

• The pay range for this role is $81,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location. This range reflects what we believe in good faith we'd pay for this position at the time of posting, and final offers may vary based on qualifications and business needs.
