Well-established neuroscience department seeks another Neurohospitalist physician. Join 3 other Neurologist, 2 NP’s & an experienced support staff. Work schedule consists of 7 days on w/7 days off from 7am-7pm. Responsibilities involve 100% inpatient work. Compensation includes salary, incentives, benefits, relo/vaca/CME, malpractice & may include a sign-on bonus. Servicing over 150K residents, hospital offers a surgery center, 24-hour ER services, a Birthing Center & state of the art diagnostic imaging services. Enjoy easy access to Philadelphia & surrounding communities.

Inpatient neurology clinical careIndependent inpatient clinical decision-makingNeurodiagnostic imaging interpretation and utilization (CT/MRI)Team-based collaboration with neurologists, nurse practitioners, and support staffCoordination with emergency department for hospital admissionsAbility to work 12-hour day shifts and maintain schedule flexibility (7-on/7-off)Patient and family communication and counseling in an inpatient settingManagement of hospital-based clinical workflows and processesWorking effectively within multidisciplinary hospital services (surgery center, birthing center, diagnostic imaging)Engagement in performance/incentive programs and ongoing continuing medical education (CME)
