Creative Content Producer

We’re seeking a Creative Content Producer to develop content ideas, translate creative concepts into practical production plans, and coordinate the delivery of high-quality content for our client.

Our client is a business consulting and growth agency that supports businesses through strategy, branding, marketing, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content ideas that align with client objectives, brand identity, and marketing goals.
  
• Review clients’ existing digital presence to identify content gaps, opportunities, and areas for creative improvement.
  
• Develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and comprehensive shoot briefs to guide content production.
  
• Plan and coordinate content shoots, including production schedules, locations, talent, props, equipment, and other requirements.
  
• Translate client briefs and creative ideas into clear, practical production plans.
  
• Coordinate with Account Managers, designers, videographers, photographers, editors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth production.
  
• Review creative assets and final deliverables for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with approved briefs.
  
• Manage feedback and revisions, ensuring creative deliverables meet client expectations and agreed deadlines.
  
• Organize and maintain digital content assets, including footage, edited videos, photographs, and other production files.
  
• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and creative approaches, recommending relevant opportunities to improve client content.
  
• Carry out video editing when required to support production needs and ensure timely delivery of content.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Creative Arts, Mass Communication, Film, Media, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in content production, creative production, digital media, or a similar role, preferably within a creative or digital marketing agency.
  
• A strong creative portfolio demonstrating content concepts, production work, and relevant video or social media projects.
  
• Experience developing shoot briefs, production plans, scripts, storyboards, or other creative production documents.
  
• Good understanding of social media content formats, particularly Instagram, and how content can support brand awareness and audience engagement.
  
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
  
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent planning, organisation, communication, and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, manage feedback, and meet deadlines.
  
• Ability to translate broad client objectives into practical creative ideas and actionable production plans.
