Network Engineer - ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler Cloud Security Services

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

Experience Required: 6-8 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Engineer / Network Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing operations of Zscaler security solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and a strong background in network engineering and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA.

• Provide expert-level support for Zscaler solutions, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve network-related problems.

• Monitor Zscaler service performance to ensure optimal operation and availability.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, procedures, and support guidelines.

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and support teams as needed.

• Support operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management.

• Assist with the lifecycle management of network security projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Collaborate with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams to ensure successful delivery and support of security initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Zscaler Engineer and/or Network Engineer.

• Hands-on expertise with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).

• Experience deploying and configuring Zscaler cloud security services.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Experience resolving network connectivity and performance issues.

• Knowledge of incident response and problem management processes.

• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience supporting network security projects, upgrades, and new deployments.

• Experience working closely with network, cloud, and security architecture teams.
