Intern (Investments)

Valor Real Estate Partners LLP (“Valor”) is a pan-European real estate investment and asset management firm focused exclusively on logistics. Headquartered in London, Valor targets high-quality urban and infill logistics assets across the UK, France, Germany, Benelux, Spain and Italy.

Founded in 2016, Valor is a full-service investment, asset and development management business with offices in London, Paris, Berlin, and Dublin. It manages c. €6bn of assets on behalf of a range of global investors.

Responsibilities

• Draft internal approbation papers such as investment memorandums 
• Build and maintain financial models to analyse investment opportunities
• Assist team members during due diligence process 
• Conduct research on the logistics sector
• Maintain internal comparables database 
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentation materials for the team

Requirements

Valor is looking for a motivated Intern to join its Investments team in London. You will work alongside the deal team on live UK transactions and gain hands-on exposure to private equity real estate investing across the full deal cycle, from sourcing and underwriting through due diligence and acquisition. Valor’s focus is urban and infill industrial and logistics assets.

This is a practical role. You will contribute directly to investment decisions and get regular contact with senior team members.

• Some exposure to financial modelling, underwriting or real estate transactions is desirable
