About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead to lead the development of our next-generation business management and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise, experience designing scalable architectures, and the ability to guide developers in building reliable, secure, and high-performance applications.

We are particularly interested in candidates who actively leverage modern AI-powered coding tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide the development team in designing and delivering high-quality software.
  
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures.
  
• Oversee full-stack development using Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Next.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
  
• Establish and maintain coding standards, code reviews, testing practices, and development workflows.
  
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability.
  
• Manage application deployment, containerization, and development environments using Docker.
  
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and other appropriate security practices.
  
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
  
• Collaborate with management and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Take ownership of technical decisions, delivery timelines, and continuous improvement of the development process.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of professional software development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Node.js and Express.js
    
  • NestJS
    
  • Next.js and React.js
    
  • PostgreSQL and database optimization
    
  • Docker and containerization
    
  • JWT authentication and authorization
    
  • Redis for caching and related use cases
    
• Strong understanding of scalable system architecture, REST APIs, application security, and performance optimization.
  
• Practical experience with AI-powered development tools, including Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and other AI coding tools.
  
• Experience with Git, code reviews, debugging, and modern software development practices.
  
• Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with ERP systems, accounting software, or business management applications.
  
• Understanding of accounting, inventory, sales, purchase, manufacturing, or financial workflows.
  
• Experience building multi-tenant, multi-company, or multi-branch applications.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and production deployments.
  
• Experience leading a development team and delivering complex software projects.
