Requirements

Required Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in data testing, ETL testing, or data quality assurance.
  
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, subqueries, and analytical queries.
  
• Hands-on experience with Python-based test automation.
  
• Experience testing ETL/ELT pipelines and validating source-to-target data transformations.
  
• Knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes, and database technologies.
  
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI model validation techniques.
  
• Experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience testing Generative AI applications and LLM-based solutions.
  
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
  
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks such as Ragas, DeepEval, or equivalent tools.
  
• Exposure to MLflow, model monitoring, and model performance evaluation.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
• Knowledge of Apache Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.
  
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST-assured.
  
• Familiarity with PyTest, Selenium, and CI/CD tools.
  
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and AI security testing.
