Project Manager - Network, DataCenter & HPC

Overview & Responsibilities

• Overview: Contract-based Project Manager role based in Singapore. Responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex technology infrastructure projects covering core networking, data center environments, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and power infrastructure. Requires working closely with engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to specification. Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  

• Key Responsibilities:
  

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of network, data center, HPC, and power/electrical infrastructure projects from planning through deployment, testing, commissioning, migration, and handover.
    

  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, RAID logs, change control, and delivery constraints.
    

  • Cross-coordinate execution across multidisciplinary teams, including network, HPC, electrical/power, facilities, data center, and engineering groups.
    

  • Oversee vendor, contractor, third-party, and client stakeholder relationships, meetings, steering committees, and status reporting.
    

  • Ensure all site readiness, infrastructure deployments, and operational processes adhere to required technical, safety, quality, and documentation standards.

• Technical Exposure: Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment, HPC cluster deployments, and high-density compute/cooling systems.
  

• Project Context: Prior experience managing data center build-outs, expansions, technology refreshes, or complex migrations.
  

• Industry & Regional Background: Track record of working with global technology companies, hyperscalers, or large enterprise environments, as well as project delivery experience within Singapore or the broader APAC region.
