Camp Supervisor - Female

Knowledge: • Ideally a degree holder or high diploma of post-secondary education in a related discipline. Skills: • Good English and Arabic communication skills (Spoken & Written) and ability to manage multiple • tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; • Proficient in MS Office Packages; • Holder of a first aid certificate and trained fire warden. Experience: • A minimum of 2 years’ experience of supervising residential buildings or accommodation blocks, including direct supervision of security personnel and building management staff: • Experience in supervising a number of teams within different disciplines which includes performance reviews, leave, absence, overtime, uniforms, inductions etc; • Experience of handling investigations and understanding of conflict resolution techniques; • Mature, detail minded, flexible, pro-active, self-motivated and responsible approach to work with strong initiative and problem solving capability; • Experience managing subcontractors
